WPManageNinja, the team behind FluentSMTP is a group of developers, marketers, designers, and technical staff who possess extensive experience in WordPress development and website maintenance. Our team specializes in building and supporting high-quality WordPress plugins through PHP and Vue.js-powered development, product-focused content marketing, and customer-focused support.

Why We Built FluentSMTP?

We’ve been deeply in touch with WordPress since 2011. In 2015, we started building plugins that serve various kinds of businesses. Our plugins offer functionalities ranging from sending form submission-related emails to orchestrating email campaigns inside WordPress.

In 2020, we released FluentCRM. A plugin that offers complete email marketing automation capabilities within WordPress. We didn’t have any feature to tackle email sending at that moment. As a result, our users started using other plugins.

Our plugins offer various advanced features beyond the capabilities of regular SMTP plugins, especially email marketing automation which requires the ability to send emails to larger email lists. Thus, other plugins couldn’t handle the requirements. None of them came with features our users needed. On top of that, most plugins require additional payments for features. Wouldn’t look great if your deals come with unfair additional purchases, right?

Over time, we’ve received numerous requests from our users for a reliable email delivery solution. Many of our Fluent Forms and FluentCRM users, in particular, expressed their need for a tool to ensure their emails reach their audience’s inbox.

Other than our passion for building great plugins, we also wanted to make a notable contribution that would solve a problem. So, we promised to build a plugin that can send emails to larger email lists, handle different kinds of emails, and ensure maximum email deliverability.

That’s how FluentSMTP came to light. Since its public release in 2021, the plugin has received incredible appreciation from the community. And though we believe email should be a core feature in WordPress, we will continue updating the plugin to make email deliverability efficient in WordPress.

FluentSMTP is the result of our necessity as well as our passion for WordPress and the open-source comunity. We want to thank everyone who helped us build it and we’ll keep improving it more. We don’t offer any plugins to our customers that we don’t use ourselves. FluentSMTP already includes all the advanced features to tackle any WordPress email issues and we use it on our multiple sites every day. The plugin will remain forever free and we will keep the plugin updated in every way we can.
